Formerly Presbyterian Homes Hospice
Comfort, peace, support
Optage Hospice recognizes that every person deserves to live out their life with respect and dignity, alert and free of pain, in an environment that promotes quality of life.
When treatments are no longer successful or additional support or pain management is needed, hospice may be the right solution.
Hospice provides compassionate care that focuses on comfort, quality and support for individuals with life-limiting illness, their families and caregivers.
Services are provided in surroundings that are familiar; a private home, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care center - wherever is home.
Hospice is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, private insurance, self-pay and charitable donations. Optage Hospice is Medicare-certified.
